Refiner Gannon and Scott names new managers

Michael Flaherty has been appointed sales and marketing manager for Gannon and Scott.
Cranston, R.I.—Refining and assaying company Gannon and Scott has announced the appointments of Michael Flaherty and Robert Bouchard as sales and marketing manager, and business development manager, respectively.

In his new position as sales and marketing manager, Flaherty will oversee worldwide sales, marketing and customer service functions for Gannon and Scott.

Robert Bouchard is the new business development manager for Gannon and Scott.
Prior to joining the company, Flaherty, a graduate of the University of North Colorado, was vice president of sales and marketing with Coca-Cola of Southeastern New England. Previously, he served as a U.S. Military Officer with Distinction.

As business development manager, Bouchard will be responsible for securing relationships with new vendors and customers, and will manage national accounts.

He joined Gannon and Scott in 2004 and holds more than 30 years of precious metals industry experience.

Bouchard is a member of the New England Chapter of the International Precious Metals Institute and the Providence Jewelers Club. He is a graduate of Providence College.
