Roger Dubuis names new CEO

Geneva—Richemont and Swiss watch company Roger Dubuis SA have appointed Matthias Schuler as chief executive officer of the watch brand, effective immediately.

Schuler was previously chief operating officer of IWC, where he developed significant expertise in the Swiss watch industry.

Carlos Dias, the founder, primary shareholder and former chief executive officer of Roger Dubuis SA, has reportedly left the company.

Richemont acquired a controlling interest in Roger Dubuis SA earlier this month in a private transaction with Dias.

Roger Dubuis will continue to create, manufacture and distribute watches under the Roger Dubuis name and will operate as an autonomous Maison within Richemont.
